These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy, govern your use of Find Fit People — the website findfitpeople.com and related services (the "Platform"), where you can discover and book fitness experiences, events and trips offered by independent providers.
By creating an account, making a booking, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. About us
Find Fit People is operated by Find Fit People LLC-FZ, with its registered address at Meydan Hotel, Meydan, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Find Fit People", "we", "us"). You can contact us at hello@findfitpeople.com or on WhatsApp at +971 56 261 7359.
Find Fit People is part of the FFP ecosystem and shares an account system with FFP Passport. FFP Passport is a separate, paid membership governed by its own terms at ffppassport.com/terms.
2. What Find Fit People is
Find Fit People is a booking marketplace. We connect you with independent fitness providers — venues, coaches, clubs and organisers — who offer three kinds of bookings:
- Experiences — sessions and classes at a venue or club
- Events — one-off events such as races, competitions and community days
- Trips — multi-day training camps, retreats and adventures
We provide the platform for discovery, booking and payment. The activity itself is delivered by the independent provider, not by Find Fit People.
3. Eligibility
To use the Platform you must be at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, provide accurate and complete registration information, and not be barred from using the Platform under any applicable law.
4. Your account
Browsing is open to everyone, and creating an account to book is free. We sign you in using a 6-digit code sent to your email address — there is no password. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for all activity under your account. Your account is personal to you and may not be shared or transferred.
5. Bookings and your contract
When you book an experience, event or trip, you enter into a contract with the independent provider of that listing. Find Fit People facilitates the booking and processes payment on the provider's behalf. Availability, schedules, inclusions and specific terms are set by the provider and shown on each listing. Your booking is confirmed when you receive confirmation from us. A provider may decline or cancel a booking as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is taken at the time of booking and processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Find Fit People retains a service commission on each booking and pays the remainder to the provider. Where you are an active FFP Passport member, eligible member pricing may be applied automatically at checkout.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Our standard policy is free cancellation with a full refund up to 14 days before the start of your booking. Inside 14 days, bookings are non-refundable unless the specific listing states a more flexible policy at checkout. Some listings — particularly events and multi-day trips — set their own cancellation terms, which are shown before you pay and take priority. If a provider cancels or materially changes a booking, you are entitled to a full refund or the option to rebook. Full details are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
8. Independent providers
Providers are independent businesses — not employees, agents or subcontractors of Find Fit People. Your participation is also subject to the provider's own terms, waivers, health declarations and safety rules. Providers are responsible for delivering their listings safely, accurately and lawfully, and for holding any licences, permits and insurance required. Find Fit People is not responsible for the acts, omissions, advice, equipment, instruction, facilities or scheduling of any provider, or for any injury, illness, loss or damage suffered at or in connection with a provider.
9. Health, safety and assumption of risk
Physical activity carries inherent risks. You are responsible for ensuring you are fit to participate and should seek medical advice if you are in any doubt. By booking, you accept these risks, agree to follow the provider's safety instructions, and participate within your own limits.
10. Reviews and member content
You may post reviews, ratings, photos and other content ("Member Content"), and we may verify that reviewers actually attended the booking. You are responsible for your Member Content and must not post anything untrue, misleading, defamatory, unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share (including photos of other people without their consent). By posting, you grant Find Fit People a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish and display that content on the Platform and in related promotion. We may remove Member Content at our discretion.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by: providing false information; using another person's account; harassing providers, staff or other users; using the Platform for unlawful purposes or for commercial purposes not permitted by us; or attempting to disrupt, hack, scrape or reverse-engineer the Platform. Breach may result in suspension or termination of your account.
12. Intellectual property
The Platform — including its design, text, graphics and logos — is owned by or licensed to Find Fit People and protected by applicable law. You may not copy or use it except as needed to use the Platform normally.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: the Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind; Find Fit People is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent providers, or for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special loss; and our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the total amount you paid to Find Fit People for the booking giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Find Fit People against any claims, damages and reasonable costs (including legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms, your Member Content, your participation in any booking, or your interactions with providers or other users.
15. Data protection
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood it.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect new features, legal requirements or operational changes. The current version is always available at findfitpeople.com/terms. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence grant you a non-waivable right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
18. Final provisions
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations; we may assign these Terms to a successor entity in a merger, acquisition or restructure. Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Find Fit People regarding your use of the Platform. Notices. Notices to you may be sent to your registered email; notices to us should be sent to hello@findfitpeople.com. Headings are for convenience only.
