Cancellation & refund policy

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and explains how cancellations and refunds work for bookings made on findfitpeople.com, operated by Find Fit People LLC-FZ.
1. Standard cancellation policy
Unless a listing states otherwise, our standard policy is:
- 14 or more days before the start — cancel for free and receive a full refund.
- Less than 14 days before the start — the booking is non-refundable, because the provider has reserved your place.
The "start" is the start date and time of the experience, event or trip as shown on your booking.
2. Listing-specific terms take priority
Some listings — particularly one-off events and multi-day trips, or bookings made with a deposit — set their own cancellation terms. Where a listing specifies different terms, those terms are shown on the listing and at checkout, and they take priority over the standard policy above. Always check the cancellation terms before you pay.
3. Cancellations or changes by the provider
If a provider cancels your booking, or makes a material change to it (such as the date, time or location), you are entitled to a full refund, or you may choose to rebook an alternative where available.
4. No-shows and late arrivals
If you do not attend, or arrive too late to take part, the booking is treated as used and is non-refundable.
5. How to cancel
Open My bookings, select the booking, and choose cancel — or contact us at hello@findfitpeople.com and we will help.
6. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via our payment processor, Stripe. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, though the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are made in UAE Dirhams (AED); if your card is in another currency, your bank's exchange rate and any fees may apply.
7. FFP Passport membership is separate
This policy covers bookings on Find Fit People only. The FFP Passport annual membership is a separate product with its own, non-refundable terms — see ffppassport.com/refund.
8. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects any non-waivable rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
