1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of Find Fit People ("the platform"), operated as part of the FFP Passport ecosystem. By using the platform you agree to them.

2. Accounts

You need an FFP account to book. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity under your account.

3. Bookings

The platform connects members with independent providers. When you book a trip, experience or event, you enter an agreement with that provider. Find Fit People facilitates discovery, booking and payment.

4. Payments and commission

Prices are shown in AED. Find Fit People retains a commission on each booking; the remainder is paid to the provider. Payment terms are shown at checkout.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation and refund terms vary by listing and are described on each. See our cancellation & refund policy.

6. Provider responsibilities

Providers are responsible for delivering their listings safely, accurately and lawfully, and for any required licences and insurance.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Find Fit People is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent providers. Participation in physical activity carries inherent risk.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
