Quick answers to the most common questions.
How do I book?
Find a trip, experience or event, choose your date and number of guests, and tap Reserve or Book. You'll be asked to sign in with your email if you haven't already.
How do I sign in?
Enter your email and we'll send you a 6-digit code. Type it in and you're signed in — no password needed. It's the same account you use across FFP.
How do payments work?
Payments are being switched on. For now, a booking is saved as a reserved, unpaid spot, and you'll be able to pay securely in AED soon. Find Fit People keeps a small commission; providers receive the rest.
Can I cancel?
Most trips and experiences offer free cancellation up to 14 days before. Specific terms are shown on each listing. See our cancellation & refund policy.
Where do I see my bookings?
Open My bookings from the menu or the bottom bar. Saved items you've hearted live under Saved.
I'm a provider — how do I list?
Head to Become a partner to apply. Once approved, you manage your listings and bookings from your FFP provider dashboard.
