How do I book?

Find a trip, experience, session or event, choose your date and number of guests, and tap Reserve or Book. You'll be asked to sign in with your email if you haven't already.

How do I sign in?

Enter your email and we'll send you a 6-digit code. Type it in and you're signed in — no password needed. It's the same account you use across FFP.

How do payments work?

Most partners take payment directly — securely in AED or in person — so your money goes straight to the business running your activity. Memberships and credit packs are redeemed automatically as you book.

Can I cancel?

Most trips and experiences offer free cancellation up to 14 days before. Specific terms are shown on each listing. See our cancellation & refund policy.

Where do I see my bookings?

Open My bookings from the menu or the bottom bar. Saved items you've hearted live under Saved.

I run a gym, or I'm a coach — how do I list?

Facilities head to Become a partner; independent coaches and trainers go to For professionals. Once you're set up you manage everything from your FFP dashboard.
