How cancellations and refunds work on Find Fit People.

Listing-specific terms

Each trip, experience and event sets its own cancellation terms, shown on the listing and at checkout. Always check those first, as they take priority.

Standard guideline

Where a listing doesn't state otherwise, our general guideline is: free cancellation up to 14 days before the start, 50% refund between 14 and 7 days, and no refund within 7 days. Providers may be more flexible.

How to cancel

Open My bookings, select the booking and choose cancel. Refunds, where due, are returned to your original payment method once payments are enabled.

Cancellations by the provider

If a provider cancels, you'll be offered a full refund or the option to rebook.
